The lack of blackout curtains in the rooms, which made sleeping a bit difficult for some guests.

Liked my xmas stay at a hotel in Kagoshima. Had a great view of the city and the surrounding area. Perfectly located just a short walk away from shopping centers and easy access to public transportation. the staff were very friendly and helpful which was a great advantage.
